Failed by FNB once again

The last time I wrote a review here FNB contacted me privately and told me that they are investigating my mothers ***** case. It was 08-06-2023. Until today there is still no way forward and my mother keeps calling them and she is being transfered from one person to another until no one responds. Her accounts are frozen and she is sruggling even to pay her insurances nor buy airtime to call. Last time I called FNB they said my mother must call them because there is information they need from her. If I did not call them how was she to know? After she tried to call still calls are unanswered and mind you she has to buy airtime for all that, with which money when her accounts are frozen? The ***** case was reported on 18 May 2023 and it is 01 July 2023 today but there is still no progress.

What is really happening here? Is there something we do not know that might be happening? Is there something you are not telling us?

We need to know so that we also dont fold our hands, that was a lot of money stollen from investment accounts and it came as a shock as to why someone else can have access to that money immediately while my mother was told that it is impossible.
