Facilities not working and Rude and Useless Security guard

Rude and useless security guard on duty on Sunday the 2nd of Aug at 1:06 pm. This useless man let's the que carry on out the branch.He know all too well that ALL machines are not functioning for deposits but sits in his stool,chatting away with his friends and trolley mall guys instead of informing clients that machines are not depositing cash.

When I told him he should do his job properly and stop wasting our time he has the audacity to reply that I must not speak to him like that.

A mere security guard!!!He fails to comply with his job description.Unless of course his job description is chatting away with the centres other guards and trolley collectors.uteer ******* attitude.
