I lodged a dispute with FNB on the 21st December 2015 I the lodged another after not getting a response on the first dispute on the 2nd January 2016 again the where no emails or feedback when I wrote to Helo Peter for assistance I got a call soon afterwards from Cleo Sandton FNB brunch from the get go the way she spoke and addressed me with assurance and was very apologetic about why previous experience I should say she was on top of her game assure me that the case will be solved with a given period and within a matter of 72 hours it was all solved during which she kept me informed and up to date on where the dispute was at. Cleo thank you for an excellent service and outstanding customer service indeed I say igirls ziright with u and you are a rare diamond to customer service outstanding fabulous and as I would say fabulousity at its best, keep up the good work not just for me but others too I salute u thank baie dankie ngiyabonga
