On the 21 May 2024 while withdrawing money, my card was swollen by the machine and R10K taken within 3 minutes, reported it immediately at the branch, till now i have not received feedback.

The chat facility keeps telling me to make a call and you can wait until 1 hour on the phone, with no feedback. Its enough now, its going for a month.

I want my money, what the hell. Mind you this is a business account
