We have a case of Faud that it's been not resolved and we are not getting feedback. In 2023 we opened a Bank account with FNB Bank and in March 2023 there was online transaction that took place. We opened a case to find out who made the transaction or authorized it but we are not getting any feedback. We called the FNB Faud card still no conclusions in the case.

The money that was used was R18,991.55 and we opened a case in Vanderbilpark police station. Case number: 102/05/2023. Case Registration: 2023-05-05. Accident ***-***.
