F***** up service

Multiple attempts to close a CBS Legal account have filed, with no-one able to advise me on how to finalise this matter. The account sits on my profile negatively affecting my credit report I need some one to assist me please as I need to settle this matter I have been taken from pillar to pillar with no one telling me who to contact in order to settle account.
