F U C K 3 N USELESS

I am waiting for my replacement credit card for over a month now. After complaining on HP twice, they finally ordered a new card and was sent via courier. The courier apparently tried to deliver my card at home and I was unavailable. I was at home that ENTIRE day waiting for him. Why didnt the courier call me when he got to my house, maybe I was at the back of the house?! The courier called the next morning and I told them to rather send it to Clearwatermall branch coz they wanted to charge me to deliver again. He said I would get a sms whaen the card reached the branch and I can go collect it. 12 DAY LATER Im still waiting for the F U C K 3 N sms!!!! Where TF is my da mn card FNB???????
