***** ALERT!!!!

Somebody has opened a vodacom account in my wifes name, Last month the Debit order was taken off, No debi check mandate, Was just auto approved, And then no over draft on the account but the account was forced into negative.

After marking it as *****ulent last month for the amount of R8000, This month it goes off again but this time for R10000.

No one can explain to us how the debit order went off without being approved and no one wants to speak to us even after it is marked as *****ulent
