F*** FNB

Once again, FNB's developers and systems excel in incompetence. I've been trying to close my account for the last month. For some reason, my available balance is higher than my actual/current balance.

I'm told that it's because I used my virtual card and there are transactions still pending. These transactions have been pending for the last month.

Every time I try to call or chat with someone there, I get passed from department to department and no one knows what to do. I'm tired of throwing money at FNB. I've wasted money on bank fees and airtime. I will never get that money back. F*** FNB
