Exvellent Service - Shaniel Andhee of FNB Phoenix

Today, the 31st October 2022, I visited the FNB Phoenix Branch to see the branch Manager Mr Shaniel Andhee, regarding the freezing of my virtual Card " Tap to Pay" which I wanted to be urgently sorted out because I was loosing rewards with ebucks when I filled up fuel at an Engen garage

I was certainly surprised at the outstanding and excellent service I received from Mr Shaniel Andhee of FNB Phoenix, whom without hesitation started to attend to my problem with such great enthusiasm and committment.

I was really gobsmacked and amazed of the keen interest the Branch Manager Shaniel have shown to this minor matter of mine. His friendly smile and the warm reception I received was fantastic.

Within minutes my matter was sorted out and I left the bank with the greater assurance that people like Shaniel Andhee of the FNB Phoenix Branch do care for the simple people and treats all problems equally irrespectively.

I left the bank feeling like a KING. Thank you Shaniel Andhee for your selfless excellent service delivery.
