Extremely Unprofessional Bank

My account has been blocked now going for 3 weeks. I have told their consultants the importance of unblocking my account as I have dependents that relay on me to support their households. They requested documentation and I swiftly responded with everything they required. They don't care that even I require to support my own household, pay rent, buy food, fuel, school fees etc. They waste time conducted investigations on honest tax paying citizens instead of actual ********s. I would truly never recommend any person to utilize the services of FNB EVER !!
