Extremely satisfied with great service at Fnb, Cape Gate

I lost my Fnb bankcard and needed someone with patience and knowledge to help me create a virtual card. Well, I was greeted by the lady at the entrance of Fnb, Cape Gate, who listened to my problem and told me that I must just wait my turn and take a seat. About 10 minutes later a young lady apprcached me and asked how she could help me. I felt desparation and discouragement kick in. Because she was so young I took it for granted that she would be inexperienced also. Well-well, what an absolutely pleasant surprise. Ms Sivuyisile was very friendly and patient with me as she helped me to create the virtual card and showed me exactly how it works.

Thanks to Fnb, in future I would visit the branch with much more enthusiasm.
