Extremely Professional and Product Knowledge
The service Thandi gave me was exceptional!!! <br> <br> She is very efficient with the specified query, and knows the products FNB offers and how they work. My first moment of truth was when she explained a problem I had encountered and why I encountered the problem, then she went ahead and did up-selling, and offered me another product which was useful to me (which I actually accepted)<br> <br> Her professionalism and product knowledge are the highlight of my call.
