Extremely poor services!!

I'm not being rewarded on my ebucks because I had a personal loan which was fully settled in Februay 2024. The ebucks department is not willing to assist, directing me to the personal loans department and they are telling me to call the ITC department. IT'S JUST A MESS!! No one really knows what they are doing.
