Extremely poor service from FNB regarding payment holiday

i have app**** for a payment holiday of 3 months with FNB 3 weeks ago and no one responded to my not even on the app. i have made several calls without any success. I also app**** for a payment holiday with ABSA and it was approved within 2 days no questions asked. if i dont get this payment holiday with FNB i would like to take all my business away from FNB to ABSA. i have 5 accounts. My income was more than 50% down which means i cannot pay my rent of R20 000 at Cobble Walk and allot of my tenants was unable to pay rent. i can make it with this payment holiday with FNB. So please be so kind to consider helping me.
