I am extremely dissatisfied with the service received from FNB Fiduciary regarding the administration of a late estate.

On 3 March, I requested a final reconciliation of the estate account. I followed up again around 16 March and was assured that this would be completed by that same week. We are now well past that timeline, and to date, I have still not received the reconciliation or any meaningful feedback.

The lack of communication, missed deadlines, and failure to deliver on commitments have made what should be a straightforward process unnecessarily frustrating. Given the sensitive nature of estate administration, this level of service is completely unacceptable.

It is very disappointing that a reputable institution like FNB cannot meet basic service expectations or keep clients properly informed.
