Extremely poor service from FNB ebucks

I returned a broken orbit sander which was purchased on ebucks and still under warrantee. Fnb took nearly 2 weeks to collect it. And now nearly 2 weeks later I still haven't heard a word from them. In the meantime I'm losing an income. NOT HAPPY! Will be closing my account soon if this poor service continues
