Extremely poor service from FNB

Extremely poor service from FNB. Government departments are better compared to what I have just experienced. I have been struggling to get a paid-up letter it has now been two months. When I call their helpdesk, they hang up on me. I doubt if their management even bothers to do QA ratings on the agents.
