Extremely poor service FNB

Very disappointed with FNB , I have app**** for credit (Business account) over 10 working days ago. I have phoned them numerous times , and every time they tell me someone will phone me back with the outcome of my credit application. I am still waiting , I have never received such poor service from any other bank .
