Extremely poor service

Poor of the poorest service I received this morning. I called in 4 times all for people kept on transferring the call. The last person I spoke to was Tsakane and rude is an understatement. She needs training on how to articulate herself especially because its a call centre. I was never assisted and I remain unsatisfied.
