Extremely poor service especially with ***** cases.

I reported ***** on my accounts on the 24 March 2021. To date I never got a single update from Beverly Nukeri. I have also laid a compliant against her and that department says they will get back to me 20 to 48 hours. Also never heard from them as well. I tried calling them 5 times and held on for 10 min only to find that they cut me off. I am a private wealth client and this is how they treat their clients.
