Extremely poor service delivery regarding *****

I really don't understand how the ***** department operates.. I've logged a complain 3 weeks back regarding transactions that occurred on my account that I have no knowledge of.... I have not received any help since then... No one even bothers to contact me... This is ridiculous and poor service delivery especially when it comes to ***** cases....
