Extremely poor service

I have never experienced such bad service in my life. Easy to deduct money from your account but takes forever to refund you. After numerous phone calls, after the 6th person, telling me the same story. I am so frustrated . The service is rediculous. I have logged complaints but nothing. I have emailed managmeent. Nothing. I am so disgusted. Been banking with them for 17 years and rhe paat 2 months have been horrific with them. I am not a name shamer but this just tick that box for me.
