Extremely Poor Service

I have had this "TOP UP" contact for four months which simply tops me up with R95/2GB of data per month and I'm horribly disappointed. Should be simple right? WRONG.

Problem 1. I was billed in August for three months at once and no one can send me physical evidence that data was actually loaded on my sim card for the months of June, July & August. This evidence also does not display on my transaction history for my Sim card. When I load a bundle on my own it shows that I've purchased a bundle in the correct way that a statement should display it. Money in, then Money out, and for what. For the monthly bundles, it is not like this. It simply shows that you've charged me for a subscription.

Problem 2. When I got a phone call to upgrade my very low maintenance pre-paid sim card to a top-up contract because - and I quote - "You will save money" I thought this would be a good idea. And I proceeded to ask 4 very important questions.

2.1 When is the first bill? - Answer: June 30th 2.2 When does the contract being? - Answer: June 1st 2.3 What is the price of 2GB if I top up during the month? - Answer: R95 2.4 Will there be any service charges? - Answer: No

None of what I was told actually happened. Understand my frustration. Pull the call recording and please send me a copy as well.

Problem 3. In the month of September, I was charged 3 times for CLIR and 3 times for CLIP for the months of August, Septemeber, and October at R6 each. When I queried this with the call centre, I was advised that I shouldn't be paying for this and I totally agree. It's 2017! This is standard. It's standard on a pre-paid sim - whats the difference???

Problem 4. It took me 3 weeks! 3 WEEKS! to get my CLIR to work again. I spent numerous hours on the phone with your call center, team leaders and who knows how many emails that I had to send to get this resolved. Finally! after 3 weeks it was, however, the CLIP was now not working. It's been over a month and it's still not resolved.

Please tell me why I should stay on this contract which clearly costs me more time than the amount of money I am saving if I had to switch back to Vodacom.

What kind of business are you people running? is it the type where you can't even fix something as simple as CLIR and CLIP? Do you people even know how to configure a Sim card correctly? is this the norm to make someone regret their choice to move to FNB Connect?

I suggest someone with the correct authority resolve all my problems simultaneously because if I get transferred to every single division that exists in the "MVNO" that is FNB Connect once more time, I'm simply going to lodge a complaint with WASPA as well as the ASASA.
