Extremely poor service

<p>On 3 rd July all documents was sent from Rustenburg square branch for an advance on my bond. I was told to wait for 10 days for an answer. 2 weeks ago I was contacted to say they need a proof of adress even though it was part of the original documents supp****. Today 8 August I got a message from Bernice Ryan to contact her. She needed a copy of the latest payslip as the one received was too faint. It was scanned and emailed but she constantly messages me saying she isnt receiving it even though I have confirmation that it was succcessfully sent. How long must I wait for FNB to get their act together. Ref 704296</p>
