Extremely Poor Response Time

Samantha from the premier banking request a call division called me last week Monday (23/11/2015) regarding my query of poor turn around time with my credit card which was beyond the time promised. She said she will investigate it and call me back the next day. Till date (30/11/2015) I have received no responses from FNB. I even emailed Jules Koopman who has not even responded to my email. I cannot begin to explain the pathetic service I have received from FNB from Feb which was when I opened my account.
