Extremely Poor Claims Experience – No Communication, Unacceptable Delays

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from FNB Insurance Brookers.I submitted a claim under my policy and was met with complete silence. No one contacted me to provide updates, clarify details, or offer any support during the process. Till to date haven't received a decision after a long and frustrating, I was sent a customer feedback survey, which added insult to injury. This is not how customers should be treated. received a survey to rate which I wasn't sure on what I need to rate beciase I didn't receive any feedback.

The lack of communication and unacceptable delays show a complete disregard for customer care and accountability.

I no longer have confidence in this insurer and am formally requesting a refund of all premiums paid since the start of my policy, as the service provided has been far below acceptable standards.

I hope this review helps others make informed decisions and encourages FNB Insurance Brookers to take customer service seriously.
