Extremely Poor Assistance

I made an arrangement with the credit control department at FNB In June to pay an amout of R400.00 per month and that the debit order has to be cancelled as I would make payment via EFT while I am finalising my studies, the arrangement was agreed upon by "Gloria". The debit order has been going of my cheque account for the minimum payment before I can make payment as per the agreement. I then have to phone the credit control department and fight to have the debit order refunded as I have other debit orders going of that are coming back as unpaid due to the credit card debit order that should not have deducted on my account. When I do contact the credit control department I get sent from pillar to post to have the debit order refunded, which didn't happen for the month of July. I is a hassle getting assistance from the FNB call centre, but when they want payment I have to jump. I contacted their call centre as I could see that I am going to get in trouble with my finances to get assistance, but it is extremely difficult to get help. I started contacting the FNB call centre in February 2016 to make the arrangement and it took four months to get the arrangement sorted out and they FNB is still not keeping to the arragement that was made
