Extremely poor and *********** service from FNB Card Division

I app**** for a credit card online on 08 Oct 2016, the account was opened, and then dissappeared from my profile a few days later. When I queried this I was called by Yvonne and we did another application, again the account was opened and added to my banking profile, and again after a few days it dissappeared. I was then contacted by Lucky, and we went through the whole process again. Last friday I queried why the card had not been delivered, at the Rosebank Branch, after numerous frustrating and stressful call to the New Applications number. Thandi then suggested to the branch consultant that I cancell the application and do a new one - for a 4th time. I refuse and said that the card needed to be found and delivered. Later the afternoon I received a call from Mr D Courier wanting to know where they can deliver the card. I gave them my work address and a time by which deliver must happen on Monday.

Well now Mr D says a system error occurred and they are not able to deliver the card.

If this is an omen of the service I can expect it surely does not bode well
