Extremely Pathetic service from FNB Diseased Department.

I have absolute no join with FNB. I have handed in all the necessary documents to FNB Centurion branch of my diseased mother on the 06/06/2016 to get the funds transferred to the Late Estate banking Account. It was forward to the late estate diseased department. I have been trying to phone FNB on the 24/06/2016, 27/06/2016, 28/06/2016, and 29/06/2016 to get any feedback. I have also sent mails without any response. It is hard enough to deal with my mother death and FNB is not make life any easier at this moment. Can some give me any feedback on how long this still will take or must I go higher up in the ranks.
