Extremely pathetic customer service.

My card expired and up-to-date I have not received a new card even after numerous visits to my local branch at Carlsworld I even called the courier company last week and was promised the card will be delivered soon. NOTHING HAS COME AS I WRITE THIS, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I AM UNABLE TO MAKE ANY PURCHASED USING THE CARD AND I AM STUCK.

I would not recommend FNB to anyone, feels like you are just a number as a customer.
