Extremely mad

I have a gold cheque FNB account at FNB. I also have an account with Nedbank.<br> I urgently needed a tablet for work and ordered one from FNB. I received a confirmation letter and a reference number. I called to make sure that the order was placed but no one could help me as they didn't get confirmation on their side. I did however receive the letter through email with a reference number. They told me it should take 3-5 working days. I called again to find out if there was any possible way to get it delivered sooner and was told that I had to wait. Which is fine. I ordered the tablet on Wednesday morning and have all my paperwork ready (Copy of I.D and driver licence) as was requested. I expected it to be delivered on Friday or by Tuesday latest. It is Friday today and I got a call from FNB (Thinking that this is them delivering - which made me very happy) only to be told that I did not qualify for the tablet as my salary does not get paid into FNB and I need my debit orders to come off of that account as well. I am livid. Why would FNB send through a confirmation of order and send a reference number when I didn't even qualify? Just wasted my time! Will tell this story to everyone!
