EXTREMELY LIVID

FNB payshap service is very poor , I made 2 transanaction via pay and clear and still those funds haven't reached the other account. I called in and spoke to Masego Mamaila, who said that there seems to be a problem with payshap but they had not received any communication regarding that. I did not receive turn around time when will the funds reflect back to my account.

I' now trying to get assistance via the secure chat and been waiting for over 40mins to get assistance, firstly it kept saying Mudau will assist me shortly, the after 30mins it said,Nozakhe will assist now it's sayingSepati.

What is the whole purpose of having secure chat if you're gonna have to wait for so long to get assistance. VERY POOR SERVICE FNB. and thanks to you, my debit orders have not gone through from my other account. who is going to pay for those declined fee?????????
