Extremely Happy and Impressed client

On Monday the 17th of August 21 i had the tedious task of having to go to the bank,i stood in the queue for a solid hour before gaining entry into FNB Horizon because only 15clients at a time.By the time i got my chance,I'm already at my wits end because wow,the frustration was beyond me,little did i know I'd be assisted by an angel by the name of *Boitumelo Manamela*.This young lady knows what proper customer care is,coming from such a backround myself, i watched how she interacted with me and other clients,she carried herself with poise and grace,Never once did i see her flinch in irritation.I had a problem with my app and instead of making me walk up and down inside the branch from telephone to self help desk,SHE ACTUALLY TOOK OUT HER PERSONAL SIMCARD FROM HER PHONE,AND ALLOWED ME TO USE HER OWN FNB SIM TO CONTACT THE CALL CENTER.That to me is exceptional service.

she literary went above and beyond looking after my needs,i had previously been to 2 other branches with no assistance.
