Extremely frustrating dealing with FNB

I am a business rescue practitioner. When I take on a new business I open an account with FNB into which all funds coming into the business and from which all payments are made. When I am appointed as the business rescue practitioner I am 100% in control of the company and I replace the board of directors. Therefore nobody other than myself needs to sign any documentation, mandates, agreement etc. When I open the account I supply FNB with all the necessary board resolutions, and CIPC confirmations of my appointment. Opened the account of a new business rescue in December 2025 and all went well until this morning when I tried to make a payment but the account is blocked. The error code is not helpful as if you google error code 99999 it says that it is a temporary problem and try again later. After trying 4 times I eventually phoned the call centre. After having been transferred to 4 different people and answered all the security questions I am informed that the KYC department in their wisdom have blocked the account because there is a document outstanding. I have no record of them requesting further information from me and no warning that the account will be blocked. No communication and no real customer care or service. "How can we help" is a fallacy. The various departments work in silos and other than being able to transfer your call from one department to another they are useless at resolving your problem. If you ask to speak to a manager, you are always told that they are in a meeting. I would love to know what is discussed in these meeting but it definitely has nothing to do with customer service.
