EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED WITH FNB INSURANCE/HOMELOAN
Last week i expressed my dissatisfaction with FNB through this platform. I'm still not happy with how the matter was resolved. Today i'm sitting with a homeloan account that is under insured and the feedback i got is that that's how it's done.
I'll say it again you can never ever have a cover amount that is less than the outstanding amount/capital amount. who's supposed to take the risk for the outstanding amount.
I have lost hope on this matter.

Last week when i put in this complain i got an email response stating that a consultant will contact me within 48 hours. A week later, i'm still waiting to hear from that consultant.
so you can't even keep the small promises
