Extremely dissapointed

I took a temp loan with FNB and i missed one payment due to finacial issues,but i did manage to settle it in full a month after my payment default.i was even issued with a paid up letter as proof that my loan is paid up.

To my suprise still appears on my credit record and it affects my credit score ,i am extremely disappointed to experience such with one of our biggest credit providers.
