Extremely disappointed with the service

Worst service ever. My device was flagged. I logged a call in the branch I was told I should give it 24 hours my device will be cleared. Which did not happen and every time when I call I am being told about escalation. 2 weeks later my phone is still logged. If I didn’t have a home loan with them I would’ve closed the account. Their service is disappointing.
