Extremely Disappointed with FNB's Security Systems

I am extremely disappointed with FNB's security systems. Recently, someone used my card to make multiple unauthorized online transactions, draining my account completely. What frustrates me the most is the inconsistency in their security measures. Whenever I try to make an online purchase, even for as little as R50, I am required to approve the transaction via the FNB mobile app. So, how did someone manage to make numerous transactions for much larger amounts without any approval from my side?

This incident clearly highlights the weakness and unreliability of FNB's security claims. It's evident that their systems are not as secure as they promote them to be. I trusted FNB to protect my finances, but they have failed miserably. I urge anyone considering FNB to think twice about the security of their funds.
