Extremely Disappointed in FNB when it comes to handling *****ulent transactionss

Unauthorised debit orders on my account. No answer from the bank, i have reached out via secure chat and my question was can ****mers access my account without a cvv needed or OTP/verification, this was ignored an i was told to reply on a email, i rep**** to an email on the 15 December, no reply from the bank, this morning 28 Decemeber, a 3rd unauthorised debit went off on the same account and FNB is MIA.

30 Dec 2025, 11:46This is the response from FNB, this is after i sent the proof of me purchasing one item from Seattle Boutique and without receiving the product but instead having multiple deductions debited from my account. This is appalling. At this stage i feel like FNB is working with Seattle Boutique. I did not join a membership with them, I've been trying to contact them, no answer.
