Extremely Disappointed – FNB Needs to Be Investigated
FNB really needs to be investigated. How is it acceptable to have a *****ulent Uber Eats transaction on my account when no such order exists? When I called FNB, the only solution they offered was to cancel my card – and then they had the audacity to charge me for a replacement card and delivery fees.
I already pay absurd amounts in banking charges, and yet the service is useless. This isn’t the first time, either – my previous card had a similar issue, and that card was locked in a safe and not even activated, as I only use digital cards.
There’s clearly something suspicious going on here, and FNB seems to benefit from it – charging for replacement cards each time, while doing nothing to prevent or properly investigate the *****. Absolutely unacceptable.
