Extremely Bad Service from FNB

I have a FNB connect sim that I pay R333,50 per month. The Number is ***. The cost has now gone up by 21% to R407,50 per month. FNB says they sent me correspondence in line with this increase, but to date i have not heard from FNB. This 21% increase is very unfair.
