extremely bad service for forex

I am so disappointed with FNB and foreign payments I made a payment that normally takes about an hour and it now 36 hrs later and money hasn't been processed and when you call forex either they don't answer or some lady that can really help you answers and the only thing she says it takes 5 working days were on earth we have swift now and the banks want to be sitting on our funds because someone is feeling lazy to do there job
