Extremely bad service

I took a temporary loan with FNB and it was paid up on the 25th of April 2023 already. But all the temporarily loan which were paid manually are updated. But this was was debited from my account. They are unable to update my ITC. this is still reflecting on my account as if am owing.this was debited on my account on the 25th of April. Now I will have to take further steps because now this will affect my child application for nextyear,still awaiting FNB to sort out my ITC report. I will open or lodged a complaint with Ombudsman now. Am really tired of this .I can't even sleep at night.

FNB is undermining me it can't be that the bank failed to solve this problem since 25th or maybe am not their customer enough and I don't have title next to my name or because I am who I am if it was somebody else this will have been solved.

My money doesn't mean everything to FNB am deserving this treatment. Spiritual am not OK at am telling everyone of this situation so that everyone would know if am saying am not OK am sick .this is the cause. Am really disappointed about this bank.
