Extremely bad service, dissapointing.

I made a transfer via Ewallet to a number: ********** 325 about an hour ago. This transfer was made via Internet banking and not cellphone banking. I then communicated with the person I sent money to telephonically to confirm that I have sent the R100. Asked if he has received the sms and he rep**** by saying "No". Upon investigating why, I realised that the correct number is ********** 325. So I picked up the landline at work ( ********** 185) and made a call to FNB ( ********** 405) & selected option "1" for E wallet. The call was answered by a male FNB employee whom "I think" goes by the name of Tiselletso, if I am not mistaken. I told him about the incidence and asked if he could help with reversing the money back into my account. He told me that it is possible however, I will be charged a fee of R50 and it will take up to 5 working days for it to reflect. I asked why should I be charged an admin fee for sending money to the incorrect number. He told me that it is in the disclaimer. I asked why the disclaimer states that I must pay an admin fee? He told me that I shouldn't ask him and I should as FNB. He also added that he is not willing to find out for me and that all he knows it an FNB rule. I hanged up the line, made another ewallet payment to the correct number. Whilst doing that I looked out for the Disclaimer that says I should make sure that the number is correct. During the entire process including confirming on my banking app, there is no such disclaimer. I called again & the line was picked up by Tarryn whom hanged up on me. I made a call once again and spoke to Thobile. Thobile practically told me the same thing about the disclaimer and then created a black on air (as if the line just cut) then eventually wrapped up the call. Besides that the customer service is extremely poor from your call centre agents, FNB is practically robbing me cause that is my money. For the mere fact that you can see that the amount hasn't been withdrawn but you still can't reverse, you hide behind a disclaimer that makes no sense. That is theft to be honest. I am extremely disappointed at the service I am getting that I don't understand why I switched to you whereas I had no valid reason why I left Standard bank really.
