Extremely bad service at FNB Galleria

Pathetic service at FNB Galleria, went there to make transfers from our business account, first we waited 2 hours in the queue, when we got to see the consultant by the name of Sabelo Majozi he was very helpless, first he did not greet us, when we explained what we needed to to he said he cannot help us we must do it on the telephone. When we tried to get clarity as to why he cannot help us, he showed no interest and sent us to the phone. We were unable to explain our query to the person on the phone so he asked that we call him. We called him, he first ignored us and later he came and spoke to the person on the phone and gave back the phone to us. The guy on the phone dropped the call on us while we were waiting. Yoh I have never recieved such a horrible service experience in my life. We then left the branch without being assisted because nobody showed interest on us, Sabelo was busy on his cellphone which was charged under his desk.
