Extremely bad service

Hi. I have had a Access Bond for the past 13 years and in December 2018 i needed to transfer 10k from my bond to my FNB cheque account. First FNB went an cancelled my Cheque account because they say i did not use it for 90 days and on 17 October 2018, i also transferred about R9000 to my Cheque account which is less than 90 days. Then i went to Pinelands FNB branch 21st December 2018 and agent told me it is easier to open a new one, but i did not know that my existing cheque account was the only one linked to my bond. The home loans callcentre agent told me to go back to the bank and re-instate my old cheque account then i can do the bond transfer. I then could only go back the next day 22nd December 2018. I went in to the bank explained in detail what i needed, which was re-instate my old account so i can transfer money from my bond, at this stage nobody told me i should not or could not or it is not advisable. Because my company pay me on 20th December for the last 10 years and my bond installment gets paid on the 20th as it comes off my salary, so at this stage my bond received an installment. My old cheque account was re-instated and i could do the transfer from my bond to my cheque account on 22nd. I then left on holiday out of South Africa on 24th December 2018. I then received a very vague email saying i am in arrears with my bond. Then FNB went an Deducted any money they could from my other FNB accounts, like my Credit Card and my Cheque card and then said my Access bond has now been revoked untill i pay the arrears. Long story later i have now been told i do not have the access bond anymore and i must the arrears, i then requested to pay the arrears off over 6 months, still not happy about this, but i did it. I have now asked the bank to review my Home Loan, i want to extend my loan to another 20 years, to be now told again that they cannot help me till my arrears is paid. I honestly feel FNB has not assisted me and especially that i have never missed a payment and extended my loan for another 20 years means i am stuck with them for another 20 years. I just want somebody call Mr S. Gamieldien or Mrs Gamieldien and rectify this. I feel we not in arrears as a payment was made and then i took from the access. I have dealt with Marcia Maise at Home Loans. I want my access back or my loan extended for another 20 years, if this cannot be done, i will email this to HelloPeter every day and add to FNB Facebook page till i am assisted. kind regards. Mr and Mrs Gamieldien
