Extremely Bad Customer Service from FNB

Today I phoned FNB Connect , and I was unfortunately answered by a veeeeery rude consultant by the name of Nthabiseng was unfriendly from the begining , until she hung up the phone in the middle of our conversation , why I was trying to ask why was the debit not deducted yesterday .

She hung up the phone on me .
