Extremely Bad Customer Service

I have been banking with Fnb for over 3 years and my salary is paid into my Fnb account. Fnb has flagged me as High risk while other banks are offering me huge Credit facilities. Fnb only offers me pre aprovals of less than 10k.their 7k 6monhts loan I repaid it in 2 months they offered me 5k temporary loan which I repaid in 1 month(for a credit facility like overdraft they say I am high risk) I have a clear credit score.I have been communicating with Fnb regarding this matter since August 2020 without any help.on 20/01/21 their agent told me that I will be phoned regarding this matter, no one phoned me.
