Extremely bad business banking service. FNB rips-off small businesses.

This morning I actioned an instant EFT from my business account to a Capitec account. I was charged the instant EFT cost of R45, however, the transaction was still not cleared 9 hours later. I called the Call center and received a very rude response from the call center staff member stating that there is nothing that they can do, and she promptly put the phone down in my ear, when I was still busy asking questions.

I understand that there might be an issue between Capitec and FNB regarding instant transfers, but if there is an issue between the banks, it's not fair that they still charge the instant EFT fee of R45. What terrible business customer service.

Every time I transact with FNB, they just seem to give me more reasons to move my business banking to another institution. Their fees are extremely high, with extremely bad customer service..... FNB is not worth banking with as a small business.
